Card not picked. The printer did not pick a card from the rear of the printer. To complete the current card, click the driver button and insert the card into the rear of the printer.
LCM lost card. The card cannot be located in the LCM. 1. Open the LCM door. 2. Rotate the transport knob counter-clockwise at least 6 turns to move the card out the rear of the LCM. 3. Close the LCM door.
LCM lamp drive problem. The LCM lamp drive has encountered a problem. 1. Power off the printer and LCM. 2. Open the LCM door. 3. Inspect lamp area for a warped or stuck card. 4. Close the LCM door. 5. Reassemble and power on the printer and LCM. If the issue continues to occur, request service.
Kiosk card lost. The card has been lost in the kiosk. Either the card was not hand fed into the kiosk successfully or a card was removed after a reject initiated.
LCM card jam. The card is not in position in the LCM. 1. Open the LCM door. 2. Rotate the transport knob counter-clockwise at least 6 turns to move the card out the rear of the LCM. 3. Close the LCM door.
RIM lost card. The card cannot be located in the Rear Indent Module. Power off and unplug the printer and RIM.Remove the RIM supply and the RIM from the printer.Rotate the drive gear to move the card out.Reconnect the RIM and printer, and reinstall the RIM supply.Plug in the power cords and restart the printer.
