Improper shutdown. The printer was not shut down properly. Press and hold the User button to set the printer to Ready. Always use the Power button to power off the printer.Click OK on the PC to clear the message.

Insert same card side 2 up. 1. Take the card from the printer and turn it over end to end so side 2 is facing up. 2. Insert the card in the printer. 3. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.

Card not received. The card was not moved out of the external card reader. Remove the card from the external card reader.

Retransfer film out. Install the retransfer film. Press the User button to clear the message.

Card still in printer. RESERVED

Laminator entry card problem. The card is not where it should be in the laminator. 1. Open the laminator. 2. Turn the knob to remove the card. 3. Close the laminator.

L1 area card problem. The card is not where it should be in the laminator. 1. Open the laminator and remove the L1 supply cartridge. 2. Turn the knob to remove the card. 3. Replace the supply cartridge and close the laminator.

Insert cleaning card. 1. Insert cleaning card. 2. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.
