Entrust Leadership Team
Todd Wilkinson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Entrust. Under his leadership, Entrust has expanded its position in the Payments and Information Security markets. In 2014, he ushered in a new era for the company as Datacard Group acquired Entrust and became Entrust Datacard. The combining of expertise from both organizations was noted and recognized by industry analysts including Gartner, which called out the company as a Visionary in its Magic Quadrant.
Mr. Wilkinson first joined the company a decade ago as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. He has served as President and CEO since 2008. Previously he held executive roles at General Electric after beginning his career at USG Corporation. Mr. Wilkinson holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.
Tony Ball is President, Payments & Identity at Entrust, responsible for driving the evolution and growth of Entrust instant issuance, digital card solutions, identity verification, and secure digital interactions solutions. Mr. Ball joined the company in 2016 to lead the company's the access control and authentication solution segments.
Mr. Ball has deep knowledge in the industry and previously served as President IAM for HID Global and as Senior Vice President for banking and security products for Gemalto across EMEA. He began his career at Schlumberger Technologies with over 20-years in multiple leadership roles across the globe preceding appointments to the executive ranks. Mr. Ball studied finance and business at Bournemouth & Poole College UK, and completed the IMD executive leadership program, Lausanne, Switzerland.
Mike Baxter joined Entrust in 2010 as Vice President, Product Development. Previously he held the position of Vice President, Engineering and Operations for FSI International. He also held leadership positions in new product development for the Solvay Group, in Europe and the U.S. Mr. Baxter holds a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Harini Gokul is the Chief Customer Officer leading the Customer Experience & Success organization at Entrust. Harini's charter includes leading the post-sales organization that includes the Customer Success, Solution Architecture, Support, Professional Services, and Renewal organizations. This organization serves as a center of gravity for the Entrust customer experience and to accelerate customer value realization.
Harini has a passion for the mission-critical role that CS plays within organizations as a growth engine for their business. Before joining Entrust, Gokul has held leadership roles at Microsoft and Amazon Web Services building industry-defining customer experience models and successfully scaling organizations in hypergrowth environments. In addition, as an advocate for sustainability, Harini advises enterprises, startups, and private equity investors on translating sustainability ambitions to business outcomes. Gokul also serves as an investor, advisor and coach to entrepreneurs and is an active participant within startup communities globally.
She earned an MBA at Vanderbilt University, a BS in Electrical Engineering and graduated from the Executive Education Program, Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Kurt Ishaug serves as Entrust's Chief Financial Officer and has responsibility for leading Legal and M&A. Mr. Ishaug first joined Entrust in 2006 as Vice President of Planning and Analysis. Previously, he held financial leadership positions with GE Commercial Finance, most recently leading the global planning and analysis function. Mr. Ishaug holds a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Business and a Bachelors in Accounting from North Dakota State University.
Karen Kaukol is CMO at Entrust. She has broad product management and marketing experience in global payments, financial services and information technology. Karen is responsible for leading the global marketing strategy and execution for the company.
Prior to joining Entrust, Kaukol served as CMO for Graebel Relocation, where she led sales enablement, market research, event marketing, the company’s new customer acquisition and customer retention programs, as well as a corporate rebranding effort and new website development. She also spent 17 years at First Data, most recently serving as senior vice president of global marketing. Karen holds an MBA from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and a bachelor degree in marketing and telecommunications from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Beth Klehr is Chief Human Resources Officer for Entrust. Beth joined the organization in 2010 and during her tenure has held several critical Human Resources roles, including human resources business partner and vice president of HR.
Beth has more than 20 years of Human Resource experience spanning a variety of global technology organizations. Prior to joining Entrust, she held HR leadership roles with Prime Therapeutics and ADC Telecommunications. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in human resources management from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
Mr. Anudeep Parhar joined Entrust in 2016 to lead the company’s rapid expansion to the cloud for all facets of the business. His vision and leadership is vital to transforming the company’s technology operations for colleagues and customers and increasing the digital security posture. Mr. Parhar joined the company from Bloom Health where he served as chief technology officer. He previously held executive level IT and Technology roles at Digital River, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Thomson Reuters West. He has a master’s in computer science from the University of Minnesota, Moorhead and a Bachelor’s in computer science and engineering from Gulbarga University, India.
Jeff Smolinski is Senior Vice President of Operations, providing strategic and operational direction to its global continuation technology, manufacturing and supplier management functions. Prior to joining Entrust, Mr. Smolinski was Senior Vice President of worldwide operations for X-Rite, Inc., the world leader in color management and color measurement technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Matt Stern is Senior Vice Present of Business Development at Entrust. In this role, Mr. Stern plays a critical role in the company’s strategic business direction by sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing acquisitions, equity investments and joint ventures.
Mr. Stern started his career with Entrust in 2009 as Corporate Business Development Director and was promoted to Vice President Business Development in 2010. Prior to joining Entrust, he was an investment banker specializing in Merger & Acquisition advisory services at various firms, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Piper Jaffray. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.
Bhagwat Swaroop is President, Digital Security Solutions at Entrust. He leads the evolution, growth, and expansion of the Entrust Digital Security portfolio. This portfolio is foundational for enabling crucial enterprise security initiatives for Zero Trust architectures supported by identity and data security, and they underpin secure digital interactions around the world.
Swaroop has more than 20 years of leadership experience driving growth in global high-tech companies. He was most recently President and General Manager of One Identity, a cloud-based cybersecurity company. Prior to One Identity, Swaroop was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Proofpoint, leading the company’s email security business; and led the Enterprise Security Solutions product management and product marketing teams at Symantec. Previously he held leadership positions at NetApp, McKinsey, and Intel.
Swaroop holds a BE degree from Delhi Institute of Technology, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Lisa Tibbits was named Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Entrust in April, 2007. Ms. Tibbits first joined Entrust in 2000 as a Senior Corporate Attorney. Previously, she served as Corporate Counsel for Rainforest Café restaurants worldwide and worked for the firm Leonard, Street and Deinard in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Tibbits is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and California and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Arizona State University.

Siddharth (Bobby) Mehta has extensive expertise and senior management experience in the financial services industry. He was President and CEO of TransUnion from 2007 to 2012. From 1998 to 2007, he held a variety of positions with HSBC Finance Corporation and HSBC North America Holdings, including CEO of HSBC North America Holdings and CEO of HSBC Finance Corporation. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at The Boston Consulting Group, where he led the North American Financial Services Practice. He has been on the Board of TransUnion since 2013, and is a Member of the Board of Directors at Allstate, Northern Trust, JLL (non-exec Chair), Amount, and Entrust. Mr. Mehta also serves on several not-for-profit Boards, including The Field Museum and The Chicago Public Education Fund.
Jana Schreuder is an experienced business leader with deep operational expertise in banking the financial industries. She drove global growth and innovation for nearly 40 years at Northern Trust Corporation, where she was in executive leadership for over a decade, including Chief Operating officer 2015-2018 and President of Wealth Management 2011-2015. Ms. Schreuder has served on several Boards in addition to Entrust, including N.T. Butterfield, Blucora, and LifePoint Health, and on non-profit Boards including Women Corporate Directors in New York and Chicago, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and the Chicago Public Education Fund. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Dr. Val Rahmani has over 30 years experience in the technology and financial services industries, with a history of success as a board member, corporate executive, and start-up CEO. She serves as a Director of the London Stock Exchange Group, Renaissance, Computer Task Group, and Rungway. She was previously CEO of Damballa, a VC-funded cyber security company in Atlanta, GA. Ms. Rahmani was at IBM for 28 years, where she as most recently General Manager of IBM Internet Security Systems and previously was General Manager of the $2.7B Global Technology Services businesses, head of the Sales and Services Strategy unit, GM of IBM’s $3.5B UNIX server business, and GM of IBM’s Mobile business. She holds a Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Oxford University, England.
Sath Krishnamurthy has been leading and building successful teams at technology companies as CEO and senior leadership team member for more than 20 years. He is currently Founder and Managing Partner at Security Leadership Capital, a boutique seed-stage cybersecurity venture capital firm. Mr. Krishnamurthy was CEO of Voltage Security from 2003-2015 through its acquisition and integration into HP Enterprise Security. Prior to Voltage, he was VP of Marketing and Business Development at ValiCert and VP and General Manager of Worldtalk. He is an investor, advisor and Board member for several companies, including TalonX, Byos, DeepFactor and CallSign. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Noopur Davis is Corporate Executive Vice President, Chief Information Security and Product Privacy Officer for Comcast, a Fortune 30 telecommunications and media conglomerate with $116 billion in revenue, 184,000 employees, and more than 54 million customer relationships in the U.S. and Europe.
She joined Comcast in 2016, and currently leads an innovative global team of over 1200 cybersecurity and privacy professionals who protect one of the largest networks in the world. Her responsibilities include product security and privacy; cloud security, information and infrastructure security, cybersecurity risk; security engineering, security incident response, the Legal Response Center, and technical fraud. Her teams build security products and platforms for internal use and for sale by Comcast Business. Her teams also run the commercial security operations centers to support Comcast Business customers.
Howard Boville, joined IBM on May 1st, 2020, as the first member of the CEO and Chairman’s new executive leadership team. In this role, Howard directs IBM Hybrid Cloud Platform, with full P&L ownership for this business. He leads a global team of Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Engineers, Operations and M&A professionals.
Since joining IBM, Howard pivoted its cloud access and created a new category of industry clouds, built specifically to meet the demanding needs of regulated industries including government, financial services, telecommunications, and health care.
Prior to joining IBM, Howard served as head of infrastructure and cloud services in support of Bank of America’s consumer business, wealth management, small business and corporate and investment banking. In this role Howard reported to the group of Chief Technology Officer.
