Impress foil not supported. The impresser cannot use the installed foil. Use a supply designed for this impresser.

Impresser supply out. The impresser foil is out of material. Install a new supply cartridge.

Laser hardware failure. A laser hardware component failed. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the printer. 2. Press the Power button again to power on the printer. If the problem occurs again, request service.

Impresser heater error. The impresser has encountered a critical error. Press the printer Power button to power off the system.Request service. The system must remain powered off.

C1 supply out or missing. The C1 ink ribbon is missing or out of material. 1. Open the printer access door and remove the C1 ink ribbon cartridge. 2. Replace the ink ribbon. 3. Replace the ink ribbon cartridge. 4. Close the printer access door.

L1 heater roller problem. The laminator has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. 2. Request service. The system must remain powered off.

Vision not available. The laser does not support Vision operations. The card will be canceled. Contact Technical Support for assistance.

Impresser comm error OR Impresser not detected. The printer cannot communicate with the impresser. Power off and restart the printer. If the error occurs again: Power off and unplug the printer and impresser.Open the impresser and remove the supply cassette.Remove the impresser from the printer.Reconnect the impresser and printer, and reinstall the supply cassette.Plug in the power cords and restart the printer.If the error continues to occur, request service.If the error is resolved, in the Card Printer Driver or Dashboard message, click Retry, or click Cancel to cancel the card.

Smart card contact fail. There is a critical error with the smart card contact. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the User button to move the card into the reject tray and clear the error. 2. Send the card job to the printer again.

Lost card in laser. The card is not positioned correctly in the laser. 1. Unlock and open the laser access door and the laser chamber door. 2. Remove any cards found. 3. Close the laser chamber door. 4. Close and lock the laser access door.
