Insert new card side 2 up. 1. Turn a new card over end to end so side 2 is facing up. 2. Insert the card in the printer. 3. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.

Improper shutdown. The printer was not shut down properly. Press and hold the User button to set the printer to Ready. Always use the Power button to power off the printer.Click OK on the PC to clear the message.

Card still in printer.

Insert new card side 1 up. 1. Insert a new card in the printer with side 1 facing up. 2. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.

Input Hopper problem. Power the printer off and back on. If the message displays again, contact your service provider for assistance.

Failed to lock. An attempt to lock the printer failed. The card will be canceled. Make sure that all access doors are closed securely.Try locking the printer again.

Insert cleaning card. Insert cleaning card.If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.

Clear hopper card track. If the card is in the exception card slot, slide out the exception card slide and remove the card. If one or more cards are in the card track, open the security enclosure door and remove the cards. Press the User button to clear the message.
