Insert new card side 2 up. 1. Turn a new card over end to end so side 2 is facing up. 2. Insert the card in the printer. 3. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.

Insert new card side 1 up. Insert a new card in the printer with side 1 facing up.If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.

User paused the printer. The printer was paused while printing. To complete the current card press the printers User button.

Magstripe not available. The printer does not have a magnetic stripe option. The card will be canceled. Remove magnetic stripe data from the card. or Use a printer that has a magnetic stripe option installed.

Emboss critical error. The embosser has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. 2. Request service. The system must remain powered off.

Option not installed. The printer does not support the personalization being requested for the card. The card will be canceled. Change the card data to match the printers options and settings, or print to a printer that is configured to support the personalization being requested.
