Magstripe not available. The printer does not have a magnetic stripe option. The card will be canceled. Remove magnetic stripe data from the card. or Use a printer that has a magnetic stripe option installed.
Reader not available. The printer does not support the personalization being requested for the card. The card will be canceled. Change the card data to match the printers options and settings or print to a printer that is configured to support the personalization being requested.
Insert new card side 1 up. 1. Insert a new card in the printer with side 1 facing up. 2. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.
Improper shutdown. The printer was not shut down properly. Press and hold the User button to set the printer to Ready. Always use the Power button to power off the printer. Click OK on the PC to clear the message.
Laminator not available. The printer and laminator cannot communicate. The card will be canceled. 1. Make sure the data cable from the laminator to the printer is securely plugged in. 2. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. 3. Press the Power button again to power on the system.
