Embosser card reject full. The embosser reject tray is full. 1. Open the embosser and empty the reject tray. 2. Close and lock the embosser.

Firmware version mismatch. The printer and laminator firmware versions are not compatible. The system cannot laminate cards until the firmware has been updated. Update both the printer and laminator to the latest firmware versions

Image Error. The image selected for the initialization screen cannot be used. Use a black/white image size of 256x64x1.

Embosser topper jam. The embosser topping foil is not moving properly. 1. Open the embosser and remove the topping foil cartridge. 2. Reposition, repair, or replace the topping foil. 3. Replace the cartridge, and then close and lock the embosser.

L1 heater roller problem. The laminator has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer POWER button to power off the system. 2. Request service. The system must remain powered off. 3. Click OK to clear the message from the Card Printer Driver message on the PC.

Reader not available. The printer does not support the personalization being requested for the card. The card will be canceled. Change the card data to match the printers options and settings. Or Print to a printer that is configured to support the personalization being requested.

Print ribbon not supported. The printer cannot use the ribbon installed. The card will be canceled.

Close emboss cover. The embosser, printer, or multi-card hopper is open. Make sure that all access doors are closed securely and locked.

Print ribbon not identified. The printer cannot use the ribbon installed. The card will be canceled. Use ribbon designed for this printer.

Emboss format error. The emboss data sent does not match the format set in the embosser. The card will be canceled.
