Improve collaboration, boost confidence and accuracy, and save time with workflow version comparison, a new feature that lets you compare any two versions of a workflow side-by-side. Workflow version comparison has been automatically rolled out for all customers on Workflow Studio.

Explore a faster, more secure, and phishing-resistant login method with passkeys within Workflow Studio. With it, you can experience a more secure option for customers who currently use password & MFA (and who don’t have SSO enabled). Please note: SSO remains our recommended method for dashboard logins. For employees that log in to the dashboard with password & MFA, they will be prompted to set up a passkey. If they skip, they’ll be reminded in 30 days.

Workflow Studio now supports integrated electronic signatures, bringing identity verification and agreement signing into a single, seamless flow. Support for SES, AES, and QES, aligned with eIDAS standards, allows you to apply the right level of assurance for every agreement directly within your verification journey.

A/B test different versions of a workflow, gather quantifiable evidence on performance, and validate changes on a smaller scale with gradual rollout. When activating a new workflow, simply select “Gradual rollout” and allocate a portion of traffic between version one and version two.
