The multi-hopper did not pick a card from the input hopper cartridge.
1. Unlock the multi-hopper if locks are installed. 2. Remove each cartridge and make sure that cards are loaded properly. 3. Make sure that the cartridges are installed correctly. 4. Check the exception slide. 5. Lock the multi-hopper if locks are installed. Note: T he user must open the doors and manually fix the problem .The Firmware detected there is a card stuck that cannot be removed. The Firmware won’t proceed until it detects the covers being opened and closed. |
