C2 heat sensor error. The C2 retransfer heat sensor has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. 2. Request service. The system must remain powered off.
L1 heater roller problem. The laminator has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. The system must remain powered off. 2. Request service.
Laser card exit jam. The card exit path is blocked in the laser. 1. Unlock and open the laser access door and the laser chamber door. 2. Remove any cards found. 3. Close the laser chamber door. 4. Close and lock the laser access door.
L2 supply problem. The L2 supply is not moving properly. To try another card: 1. Open the laminator and remove the L2 cartridge. 2. Reposition, repair, or replace the supply and advance the repaired area one full turn. 3. Replace the cartridge and close the laminator.
Card indexer error. The laser card indexer failed to complete a move. 1. Unlock and open the laser access door and laser chamber door. 2. Remove any cards found. 3. Close the laser chamber door. 4. Close and lock the laser access door. If the problem occurs again, request service.
