Impresser foil error. The impresser foil is not moving properly. Open the impresser door.Make sure that the foil is not broken; stuck to the card, impresser die, or the rollers; or prevented from moving.If the issue continues to occur, request service.

Laminator system mismatch. The printer and laminator are not compatible. The laminator is not supported by your printer model. Contact your service provider for the correct laminator model.

Insert cleaning card in H2. 1. Unlock the multi-hopper if locks are installed. 2. Remove unused cards and insert the cleaning card in hopper 2. 3. Close and lock (if installed) the multi-hopper. 4. Press the printer's User button to pick the card.

Impresser door open. The impresser door is open. Close the door to continue.

Retransfer debow error. The printer has encountered an error in the retransfer debow area. The card will be canceled. Press the User button to move the card into the reject tray and clear the error.If the error occurs again, open the printer access door and look for a card in the debow area.Turn the K1 manual advance knob to move the card out of the printer.If the problem occurs again, request service.

Card lost. A card that is expected to be in the printer is no longer present. The card will be canceled and added to the Lost Cards count. Send the job to print again.

C1 supply type error. The C1 ink ribbon does not support an action requested by this print job. Use a supply designed for this printer model.

C1 printhead error. The printer has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. The system must remain powered off.Request service.

K2 transport card jam. The card did not reach the required position on the K2 vertical transport. The card will be canceled. Press the User button to move the card into the reject tray and clear the error.If the error occurs again, open the printer access door.Press the K3 rear access door release to open the rear access door.Turn the K2 manual advance knob counterclockwise to move the card until it is accessible.Remove the card through the rear access door.Close the printer access doors.

Smart card contact fail. There is a critical error with the smart card contact. The card will be canceled. Press the User button to move the card into the reject tray and clear the error.Send the card job to the printer again.
