Problem:

When I try to submit a CSR to create a Web server certificate in the Certificate Management Service interface, I get the following error:

Entrust is unable to process this CSR.

Cause:

This error occurs if any of the following values are not included in the Certificate Signing Request (CSR):

CN - Common Name
O - Organization
C - Country

Solution:

The error specifies which value is missing. Regenerate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) with the missing value(s).
