Entrust and The Cyber Helpline

Behind every cybercrime statistic is a person whose life has been turned upside down.

To help more people affected by cybercrime recover with confidence, we have partnered with The Cyber Helpline, a nonprofit giving free, expert support. The partnership brings together their frontline experience and our security expertise.

Cybercrime is not a faceless problem. It is a hacked account, a drained savings pot, a tracker hidden in a child's school bag.

Businesses have security teams, incident response plans, and budgets. Individuals and families are usually left to work it out alone. The Cyber Helpline closes that gap, and we are proud to help them close it faster.

Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing

Entrust will connect its security and identity experts with The Cyber Helpline through initiatives that help to expand the organization’s services for cybercrime victims.

Maximizing our Impact

Money matters, but expertise matters just as much. Entrust colleagues take part in a volunteer mentorship program that pairs them with Cyber Helpline staff and expert volunteers. Our teams also take part in fundraising activities across the year.

It is a two-way exchange. Our people bring decades of identity and security experience to a charity that needs it. In return, they see firsthand what cybercrime does to people, which sharpens how we think about the technology we build.

Leveraging our Strengths

Customer trust is earned. Speed is intentional. We own the outcome. One Entrust wins together. These are the values we work by, and this partnership is those values pointed outward, at the communities we live and work in.

Entrust Cares, our giving and volunteer program, exists because we are at our best when we help others. Partnering with The Cyber Helpline is one of the clearest expressions of that: the purpose we show up with every day, directed at the people who need it most.
