Digital is the consumer banking standard – and it’s not even close
The study found that 88% of consumers prefer to bank online, either through a mobile app (59%) or desktop browser (29%).
Banking fraud has people concerned
90% of respondents said they were concerned about the potential of banking or credit fraud as banking and credit become more digital.
Losing trust is much easier than keeping it
Two-thirds of respondents that had been notified of fraud changed their bank or credit union as a result.
