I’m delighted to share the news that Entrust Datacard has completed its acquisition of nCipher Security and that, as of today, we are now part of Entrust Datacard, creating a cybersecurity powerhouse.

The right home for nCipher. Joining Entrust Datacard will ensure nCipher continues to be a market leader in the general purpose hardware security module (HSM) space, as well as accelerate our strategy and innovation to bring you additional trusted services and solutions.

Entrust Datacard has been a long term strategic partner for nCipher and there is a powerful synergy between our solutions.
