Insert same card side 1 up. 1. Take the card from the printer and turn it over end to end so side 1 is facing up. 2. Insert the card in the printer. 3. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.
Insert same card side 2 up. 1. Take the card from the printer and turn it over end to end so side 2 is facing up. 2. Insert the card in the printer. 3. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.
Improper shutdown. The printer was not shut down properly. Press and hold the User button to set the printer to Ready. Always use the Power button to power off the printer.Click OK on the PC to clear the message.
Multi-hopper pick error. The multi-hopper did not pick a card from the input hopper cartridge. 1. Unlock the multi-hopper if locks are installed. 2. Remove each cartridge and make sure that cards are loaded properly. 3. Make sure that the cartridges are installed correctly. 4. Check the exception slide. 5. Lock the multi-hopper if locks are installed. Note: The user must open the doors and manually fix the problem .The Firmware detected there is a card stuck that cannot be removed. The Firmware won't proceed until it detects the covers being opened and closed.
Flipper module rotate error. The flipper did not reach the required position. Open the printer access door.Press the K3 rear access door release to open the rear access door.Reach in and rotate the flipper module until the card is accessible.Remove the card through the rear access door.Close the rear access door and then close the printer access door.

RT1 reject tray full. The reject tray is full. Open the printer access door.Remove the retransfer film cartridge.Remove the rejected cards.Replace the retransfer film cartridge.Close the printer access door.
