Flipper module rotate error. The flipper did not reach the required position. 1. Open the printer access door. 2. Press the K3 rear access door release to open the rear access door. 3. Reach in and rotate the flipper module until the card is accessible. 4. Remove the card through the rear access door. 5. Close the rear access door and then close the printer access door.
L2 heater roller problem. The laminator has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. 2. Request service. The system must remain powered off.
Debow problem. The laminator has encountered an error in the debow area. 1. Remove the card. 2. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. 3. Press the printer Power button again to power on the system. 4. If the problem occurs again, request service.
