L1 heater problem. The laminator has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. 2. Request service. The system must remain powered off.

Vision operation failed. The laser Vision operation failed. If the problem occurs again, request service.

C2 waiting for roller temp. This message does not display. The LCD displays the quot;Warming up xx%quot; message. The printer is waiting for the retransfer heated roller to reach its operating temperature.

Bar code scanner problem. The bar code scanner cannot read the bar code on the overlay. This can indicate a scanner problem, an unreadable bar code, or an incorrect L1 cartridge. Try the card again. If the problem occurs again, request service.

Impresser error. An unexpected error has occurred in the impresser. Power down and restart the printer. If the error occurs again, request service.

Laser horizontal data error. There is an error in the ConCAD or image generator template. The laser horizontal tilt position is out of range. The card will be canceled. Modify the template setup to make sure that the laser image data is correct.

Laminator system mismatch. The printer and laminator are not compatible. The laminator is not supported by your printer model. Contact your service provider for the correct laminator model.
