Card not received. The card was not moved out of the external card reader. Remove the card from the external card reader.

Retransfer film problem. The retransfer film is broken. Refer to the printers Users Guide for information about repairing the retransfer film. Press the User button to clear the message.

Print unit not available. If the print unit is powered on, press the power button to power it off, wait 15 seconds, and power on again. Make sure that the print unit is powered on. Press the User button to clear the message.

Input Hopper Jam card at exit. A card is at the hopper exit during hopper reset. Remove the card.
