Insert new card side 2 up. Turn a new card over end to end so side 2 is facing up.Insert the card in the printer.If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.
C2 supply out or missing. The C2 retransfer film is missing or out of material. Open the printer access door and remove the C2 retransfer film cartridge.Replace the retransfer film.Replace the C2 retransfer film cartridge.Close the printer access door.
Input Hopper Jam two cards. Two cards were in the card track. After a card jam, an attempt was made to push the card out of the multi-hopper to be deposited in the reject card area. The card at the print unit entrance causes the reject to fail. Remove the cards.
Laminator error critical. The laminator has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer POWER button to power off the system. 2. Request service. The system must remain powered off. 3. Click OK to clear the message from the Card Printer Driver message on the PC.
Failed to lock. An attempt to lock the printer failed. The card will be canceled. 1. Make sure that all access doors are closed securely. 2. Try locking the printer again.
Topping foil out. The embosser does not have usable topping foil. 1. Open the embosser and remove the topping foil cartridge. 2. Install new topping foil. 3. Replace the cartridge, and then close and lock the embosser.
