Laser firmware error. The laser had an error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the printer. 2. Press the Power button again to power on the printer. If the problem occurs again, request service.

L2 supply not supported. The laminator cannot use the supply installed. Use supplies designed for this laminator.

Impresser supply out. The impresser foil is out of material. Install a new supply cartridge.

Rear module error. Press the printer Power button to power off the system.Restart the printer. If the error occurs again, request service.

Insert cleaning card. 1. Insert cleaning card into the exception slot of Multi-hopper. 2. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printer's user button or click OK.

Close rear module door. Close the door to resume card processing.

Certificate error. The certificate could not be loaded onto the printer. Correct the certificate and try again.

Generate CSR error. The certificate signing request could not be completed. Restart the printer and try again.
