Overview

The DC315GX instant card issuance system is a desktop card issuer that quickly utilizes magnetic encoding, graphics printing, indentation, embossing, tipping, and a variety of card personalization functions to issue one-pass cards. 

We issue all kinds of financial cards, from domestic cards such as cash cards to international credit cards. 

Graphics data such as Kanji, English characters, and barcodes can be printed directly at a high density of 300 dpi, allowing for a wider design.

Features

Embossed

  • the print is engraved (embossed) on the card in uneven print.

Tipping

  • embossed characters are colored to increase character visibility and expand the range of card design.

Card end detection function

  • it is a function to check the remaining number of cards and to let you know that it is decreasing.

Graphics features

  • the graphics print feature heats up the monochromatic ribbon and prints text and barcodes clearly on the card surface.

Security

  • it is possible to lock the device with a password.

Reject stacker

  • a stacker that contains cards that have been rejected for example, because the character is unreadable.

Indent

  • engrave the character type printed mainly for the purpose of anti-counterfeiting of the credit card.

Various end detection functions

  • this function checks the number of cards and notifies you that the remaining number of cards has become 0. (card, tipper foil, indentation film, thermal transfer film)

  • it is a function to check the number of cards and to let you know that the card remaining is decreasing. (card, tipper foil, indentation film, thermal transfer film)
