MINNEAPOLIS—(Feb. 18, 2016)—Entrust Datacard today announced that Anudeep Parhar has been appointed as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the company. The CIO role is a newly created position for Entrust Datacard, reporting to Todd Wilkinson, CEO and president of the company.

“We are very pleased to welcome Anudeep to our growing organization,” said Wilkinson. “Anudeep’s technical expertise and experience with implementing change across large organizations will further strengthen our technology, cloud platform development and digital security leadership within the industry.”

Bringing decades of experience to Entrust Datacard, Parhar was most recently chief technology officer (CTO) at Bloom Health, where he led a large team on a multi-year technology transformation roadmap for key diverse business portfolios in a cloud infrastructure. He was also previously senior vice president of global engineering and development at Digital River, as well as vice president of information technology at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.  Additionally, Parhar spent 15 years at Thomson Reuters West in various technology roles, with his last being the head of technology and client services, enterprise and Saas (cloud) solutions.

Parhar will be based at Entrust Datacard’s global headquarters in Minnesota, where he will lead the global information technology (IT) and customer operations teams.
