How to manage Second Factor Authenticators in ECS Enterprise Account

1. Proceed to the Manage My Account login for ECS portal at: https://enroll.entrust.net/IdentityGuardSelfService/authenticate/firstFactorAuthentication

2. Answer any security challenges presented.

3. Modify your Second Factor Authenticator

(A) Text Message: (make sure to include 1 for North American numbers)
Available actions:

Register for text message (Set up mobile text messages)
Update/Remove my mobile phone number (Update or unregister your mobile number)

(B) Electronic Grid Card

Request an eGrid (Set up eGrid)
Reissue my eGrid (Generate a new eGrid)

(C) Entrust IdentityGuard Soft Token

Request a soft token (Max two devices; for more information please see the technote on how to install and configure a soft token linked to your ECS Enterprise account)
Recreate my soft token since I deleted its identity from my device (Resets the soft token identity for one of your devices).
