Multi-Factor Authentication for TrustedCare

Overview

Entrust is pleased to announce our new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for logging into TrustedCare. You'll see this change beginning January 31, 2024.

For the default process, log in as usual by entering your Entrust username and password as usual. You'll then see a new screen asking for a One-Time Password (OTP).

After logging in, you can seamlessly navigate among the Entrust platforms you have access to, without needing to re-authenticate during that active session.

For more information and alternative methods for authentication, see Frequently Asked Questions .
