Multi-Factor Authentication for TrustedCare

Entrust is pleased to announce our new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for logging into TrustedCare. You’ll see this change beginning January 31, 2024.

For more information and alternative methods for authentication, see Frequently Asked Questions

For the default process, log in as usual by entering your Entrust username and password as usual. You’ll then see a new screen asking for a One-Time Password (OTP).

TC login

Your OTP will be emailed to the email address we have for you. The sender will be Entrust ([email protected]) and the subject line will say “Your One Time Password.”

Enter the OTP on the login screen.

After logging in, you can seamlessly navigate among the Entrust platforms you have access to, without needing to re-authenticate during that active session.
