Magstripe read data error. The printer failed to read the magnetic stripe data from the card. The card will be canceled. Make sure that you are using magnetic stripe cards that match the printer settings.Make sure that the cards are placed in the printer correctly.Press the USER button on the printer to send a new card to the printer.Click OK in the Card Printer Driver message.
Print unit not available. If the print unit is powered on, press the power button to power it off, wait 15 seconds, and power on again. Make sure that the print unit is powered on. Press the User button to clear the message.
Input hopper card jam. One or more cards were in the card track when the printer was powered on. Press the User button to clear the message. The printer attempts to place the card back in the hopper. Or A card was picked but did not reach the print unit or one or more cards were in the card track when a message was cleared with the User button. Remove the card. Press the User button to clear the message.
Clear hopper card track. If the card is in the exception card slot, slide out the exception card slide and remove the card. If one or more cards are in the card track, open the security enclosure door and remove the cards. Press the User button to clear the message.
Insert same card side 2 up. 1. Take the card from the printer and turn it over end to end so side 2 is facing up. 2. Insert the card in the printer. 3. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.
