Registration Steps for Open Enrollment (Public) Classes
|Registrant submits registration form||An email is returned to the registrant acknowledging receipt of form||Coordinator contacts registrant to obtain method of payment, unless a Purchase Order was given||Coordinator notifies registrant after the course is confirmed or cancelled. Joining instructions are sent once the course is confirmed|
Note: Although a method of payment is required to complete registration, no charge is made until after the course is confirmed. All sensitive information (e.g. credit card information) is stored in a locked cabinet or is shredded. Receipts for the course are provided upon request.
