MINNEAPOLIS—(Aug. 31, 2016)—Entrust Datacard today announced that it has joined the Jack Henry Banking® Vendor Integration Program (VIP). Participation in the program extends the company’s current integration capabilities and provides access to Jack Henry Banking technical resources which enables Datacard® CardWizard® issuance software to easily integrate with Jack Henry Banking’s core banking platforms. The Vendor Integration Program is designed to help ensure that Jack Henry Banking’s customers can easily deploy third-party products.
Entrust Datacard integrates Datacard CardWizard issuance software via jXchange™, a services-based programming interface that enables third-party vendors and banks to access the platform’s core data and business rules. The integrity of data is maintained throughout any data exchange because access to business rules and data is managed through a service layer which governs these interactions.
Datacard CardWizard issuance software is a feature of the Datacard® best-selling instant issuance solution for credit and debit cards. Today, the software allows Entrust Datacard customers to instantly put ready-to-use payment cards in consumers’ hands, which thereby increases activation rates and secures top-of-wallet placement.
