Problem:

When I try to submit a CSR to Entrust Datacard Cloud Services, I get the following error:

This error will occur if a space character has been included in the Common Name (CN=) of the Certificate Signing Request (CSR).

Solution:

Resubmit a new CSR that does not contain a space character in the Common Name (CN=).
