Entrust Strong Authentication Platform Receives Perfect Score, ‘Best Buy’ Rating in SC Magazine Competitor Review
Entrust IdentityGuard awarded perfect five-star ratings for overall features, ease of use, performance, documentation, support and value for money
DALLAS, Jan. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Improving on an already well-regarded platform, Entrust Inc. earned a perfect score in SC Magazine’s latest multifactor authentication competitive product review. Entrust IdentityGuard received five-star ratings in each of six solution categories, including features, ease of use, performance, documentation, support and value for money.
“More organizations are realizing the need for a proven, platform-based solution for strong identity-based authentication,” said Entrust President and CEO Bill Conner. “And a flawless review from a respected third party — which noted no weaknesses in six different categories against competitive offerings — is a testament that Entrust is at the forefront of innovation, service and ease of use.”
In their most recent review of Entrust Identity Guard, SC Magazine focused on ease of deployment and management, as well as the product’s configuration options, documentation and support. The group test added many positives about Entrust’s authentication solution, finding “deployment and management to be easy and intuitive.” The platform even provides digital certificates to be used on mobile devices, in software and on smartcards and USB tokens.
The review bestowed a perfect score in each of their six product categories and noted that it was “a solid product with a strong pedigree, good pricing and a lot of features.” The strong showing earned the product SC Magazine’s “Best Buy” for the third consecutive year.
