Critical problem. The printer had a serious error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the printer. 2. Request service. The system must remain powered off.

Bar code scanner problem. The bar code scanner cannot read the bar code on the overlay. This can indicate a scanner problem, an unreadable bar code, or an incorrect L1 cartridge. Try the card again. If the problem occurs again, request service.

Impresser heater problem. The laminator has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled. 1. Press the printer Power button to power off the system. 2. Request service. The system must remain powered off.

Firmware version mismatch. The printer and attached component firmware versions are not compatible. The system cannot process cards until the firmware has been updated. Update both the printer and component to the latest firmware versions.

Laminator system mismatch. The printer and laminator are not compatible. The laminator is not supported by your printer model. Contact your service provider for the correct laminator model.

Laser text length error. The laser text element length is too long. Shorten the text element.

Laser card output full. The laser output hopper is full or blocked. Remove the cards from the laser output hopper.

Laser card reject full. The laser reject tray is full. 1. Unlock and open the laser access door. 2. Empty the reject tray. 3. Close and lock the laser access door.

Laser output area error. There is a card problem in the laser output area. 1. Unlock and open the laser access door. 2. Turn the output knob to move the card to the reject tray. 3. Empty the reject tray. 4. Close and lock the laser access door.

Vision not available. The laser does not support Vision operations. The card will be canceled. Contact Technical Support for assistance.
