MINNEAPOLIS—(Sept. 7, 2016)—Entrust Datacard today announced that the company will participate at the upcoming Global Digital Banking Conference on Sept. 8, 2016 at The Ritz Carlton Millenia in Singapore. The conference is organized by the RFi Group and is one in a series of four global conferences that focus on the latest insights and best practice success stories for digital engagement and innovation in banking.

Ajay Kumar, regional managing director for branch transformation and payment solutions, Asia Pacific for Entrust Datacard, will speak at the conference on the essential elements of a profitable omni-channel strategy. During his 20-minute speaking session at 11:45 a.m., Kumar will discuss how bank branches can transform and embrace the omni-channel approach by enhancing debit and credit portfolio performance, optimizing the customer experience and customer service, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and as a result driving positive net promoter score results for the bank.

“We live in a world of instant fulfillment – and in our anytime, anywhere, always online society, it has become increasingly important that retailers, banks and service providers have the ability to reach and support their customers when and where they choose,” said Ajay Kumar regional managing director, branch transformation and payment solutions, Asia Pacific for Entrust Datacard.  “This societal shift has led to the need for financial institutions to embrace new technologies and to offer more personalized, always available services for their cardholders, which is what I will be discussing at this conference.”
