Copy and paste the Server Certificate (including the BEGIN and END tags) into a text editor such as Notepad and save it on your server.

As Administrator, open Network Policy Server by clicking Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Network Policy Server.

When the Network Policy Server window open, expand the Policies section by clicking the + sign. Then double click on the folder called Network Policies to open it. On the right pane on the screen, you should see your Network Policies profile name listed.

Double click on the profile name or right click on it and select Properties to open the Properties window.

Click on the Constraints tab and then click on Edit button for the selected EAP Types.

On the Edit Protected EAP Properties window, select the certificate that showing on the Certificate issued drop down box. If the cert has been installed correctly, the drop down box should show the certificate that you need to use. Click Ok button and then Apply.

You need to stop and start the NPS to have the cert apply correctly. To do this, you need to click on NPS on left pane window and select Stop NPS Service and wait a moment then go to the same menu again and then Start NPS Service.
