MUMBAI, India—(June 22, 2016)—Entrust Datacard today announced that the company will partner with the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) to host a two day event titled “Best Practices Meet” on June 22-23, 2016 at the ITC Gardenia, Bangalore, India. The DSCI Best Practices Meet (BPM) focuses on the contemporary evolution of security and will focus on Security Data Science which is now becoming a foundation block of most of contemporary security solutions.

At the event, Ranjit Nambiar, managing director, Entrust Datacard South Asia and Vikram Gidwani, sales director, digital security solutions, South Asia region, will participate in a breakfast session on Thursday, June 23 at 8:00 a.m. IST titled “Dissecting RBI Cyber Security Framework for Banks.”

Attendees to the event can expect to deliberate on use cases of security data science that are shaping the security technology market. The Meet will also provide an opportunity to discuss policy development, have deliberations on global issues related to security and privacy, and to check the progress of the cyber security industry development efforts.
