Entrust Authority™ Administrator Training

Course Overview

The Entrust Authority Administrator Training course is an instructor-led hands-on 1-day course that provides you with the answers and skills needed for day-to-day management of Entrust end users. The course begins with an introduction to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and the Entrust Authority. The course then discusses the routine tasks of the Entrust Authority Administrators, and students perform each of these tasks in hands-on labs.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the purpose of a PKI and the Entrust Authority Administrator’s role.
  • Perform the day-to-day administrative tasks for Entrust end users. These include user creation and recovery, certificate revocation, updating key pairs, generating reports, and automating these tasks through bulk operations.

Experience with Windows 2000 Server
