Popular restaurant P.F. Chang's China Bistro is making headlines for all the wrong reasons — instead of being lauded for its food or customer service, it's in the spotlight due to a data breach. The company found out about the attack nearly a month ago, according to an announcement.
According to numerous media reports, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is investigating a potential security breach that may include customer credit and debit card information. Independent security journalist Brian Krebs, who first reported the potential breach, stated that thousands of stolen credit and debit cards were advertised for sale June 9. P.F. Chang's also offered Krebs a written response.
