Levels of Support and Hours of Operation

Entrust offers three levels of support to meet your needs: Silver Key, Gold Key and Platinum Key.

Silver Key Customers
Monday through Friday
8:00am - 8:00pm EST
(7:00am to 7:00pm GMT)
Gold Key Customers
Monday to Friday
24 hours a day
Platinum Key Customers
24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7)

Emergency support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all Entrust customers.
