Since 2000, Mr. Salters has been responsible for the Financial Services Technology Consortium's project and committee activities, which bring the largest financial institutions in North America together with their suppliers and partners to address shared challenges.

Prior to joining FSTC, Mr. Salters held management and technology consulting roles in the financial services and transportation industries. Mr. Salters graduated cum laude from Princeton University, with a degree in electrical engineering, and was honored as an All-Ivy League linebacker for the Tigers. Mr. Salters currently lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Jody.
