How does the Entrust Mobile ID Server work?
When a user attempts to access an application protected by Entrust Mobile ID Server, a request is sent to the Entrust Mobile ID Server to generate a unique, single-use PIN associated with that individual’s username. The Entrust Mobile ID Server generates the PIN and sends it to the mobile device specified by the user (such as a cellular phone, PDA or pager). The user then submits both the username and PIN to gain access to the Web page or application.
