Solution Partner Overview

The global marketplace has demonstrated an increased demand for Solutions Partners who deliver total solutions. These organizations combine service and technology innovation to address critical business needs.

Entrust Solution Partners are industry leaders in service delivery for large-scale enterprise deployments and Web services which enable customers to streamline their business operations, leverage economic drivers, and out pace their competition. Solution Partners may operate on a regional or global basis.

The Entrust TrustedPartner Program provides Solution Partners with various opportunities to increase revenues, gain market share and win the loyalty of new and existing customers in a dynamic market.

Solution Partner Membership Criteria

  • Derive at least 50% of total revenue from consulting and integration services through established professional services organization offering a range of consulting services including technology consulting, business process change management, project management, technology development, or deployment services.
  • Have annual total revenues of $50 million US for partners with a Select designation or $250 million US for partners with a Premier designation
  • Maintain an active consulting practice of security related services such as policy consulting, portal design, web application development, or integration with a focus on delivering total solutions.
  • Practice a consultative approach to sales with business development or sales executive account primes and related technical pre-sales support
  • Have access to CXX (for example: CEO, CIO, CFO) level business and government contacts
  • Demonstrate consulting services capabilities with reference implementations using Entrust-based solutions
  • Have the capability to act as a customer influencer or a reseller of Entrust solutions
  • If acting as a reseller, partners must provide sales leadership and pre-sales technical support for Entrust solutions

Solution Partners must meet the membership criteria to join and sustain this level of commitment in order to receive the benefits under the program. Entrust reserves the right to amend the criteria, benefits and requirements outlined on this site. In order to participate, each partner will be required to enter into an Entrust TrustedPartner Master Agreement with Entrust, Inc. or one of its subsidiaries. Additional addenda to the Master Agreement may also be required for benefits under the program as required by Entrust.
