Datacard Group to Speak and Exhibit at Cards and Payments Middle East in Dubai

Company to Exhibit Integrated Solutions for Trusted Identities and Transaction Security; as well as Present on the Security at Time of Personalization™ Methodology

MINNETONKA, Minn.—(April 28, 2014)—Datacard Group today announced that they will be speaking and exhibiting at Cards and Payments Middle East, taking place May 13-14, 2014 at the Dubai World Trade Centre in UAE, stand H50. With an estimated 10,000 attendees, this is the Middle East’s largest smart card, payments and ID event.

Datacard Group will be showcasing its platform of integrated products and solutions that strengthen trusted identities and transaction security. During the show, visitors will have the opportunity to see demonstrations of a modular central issuance card personalization system; the portfolio of integrated financial instant issuance software and hardware; as well as the company’s comprehensive suite of secure identity products which includes a new desktop card printer with a unique, patent-pending tactile impression feature that makes cards more secure.

In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the expansion of Datacard® solutions with Entrust® authentication software platforms. This includes Entrust’s flagship software authentication platform – Entrust IdentityGuard – which leads the industry as a robust authentication and identity-assurance solution that offers a breadth of capabilities and flexibility to meet the most demanding security environments.

The presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 13th at 3:00 p.m. and will provide a brief overview of how specialized card personalization techniques and technologies can reduce counterfeiting and forgery by employing variable data and overt features to increase overall program security.
