Entrust to Announce Q4-2001 Financial Results on January 22nd

DALLAS -- Entrust, Inc., (Nasdaq: ENTU), a leading provider of enhanced Internet security solutions and services, announced that the Company's Q4-2001 results conference call will take place Tuesday, January 22, 2002 beginning at 5:00 p.m. (EST). The call will feature Bill Conner, Entrust's president and chief executive officer, and David Thompson, Entrust's chief financial officer.

The conference call audio will also be available via live Webcast at http://webevents.broadcast.com/financecalls/event/index.asp?EarningsID=2148 or through http://www.entrust.com/investor/index.htm. Please log on approximately 15 minutes before the Webcast begins in order to register and to download and install any necessary audio software.
