Entrust to Release Third Quarter 2002 Financial Results and Hold Financial Results Conference Call Today after Market Close

DALLAS, October 22, 2002 -- Entrust, Inc., (Nasdaq: ENTU), a leading provider of Internet security solutions and services, announced that the Company's third quarter 2002 financial results will be released after the close of the U.S. financial markets today.

The release of the financial results will be followed by a Company-hosted conference call to discuss its third quarter results on October 22 at 5 p.m. (EST).  The call will feature Bill Conner, Entrust chairman, president and chief executive officer and David Thompson, Entrust chief financial officer.
