Entrust, Inc. Files 10Q with CEO and CFO Certification

Quarterly Filing in Compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002

DALLAS -- Entrust, Inc. [NASDAQ: ENTU], a leading global provider of Internet security solutions and services, announced today the filing of its 10Q for the second quarter of 2002 which includes the CEO and CFO certification.

This filing is in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 which is a new law signed by President Bush that requires a company's principal executive officer and principal financial officer to certify the contents of the company's quarterly and annual reports on a go-forward basis.

"These rules were proposed by the President to help improve the quality of disclosure and increase investor confidence in companies' periodic financial filings," said Bill Conner, Entrust chairman, president and CEO.
