Entrust Chief Technology Officer Chris Voice to Present at CSI NetSec 2006

Latest trends in identity theft attacks and authentication options will be explored

DALLAS - Today, Chris Voice, chief technology officer of Entrust, Inc. [NASDAQ: ENTU] will present a session on the topic of "Authentication Methods from the Edge - New Solutions for New Challenges" to the CSI NetSec. The session will be held Monday, June 12, 2006 from 1:15 to 2:30 p.m. MDT at the Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona.

"If organizations can help consumers overcome the fear of doing business with them online, it opens up a new realm of possibilities to them," said Entrust Chief Technology Officer Chris Voice. "The trouble is the industry has been caught in the debate over which authenticator is better than the other, but the reality is that organizations could reap great benefits from a range of authentication options. In the session, Voice will review the latest trends in identity theft attacks and incident and discuss where stronger authentication is appropriate as a response. He also will describe new technological approaches to authentication from different vendors and where they are appropriate. Real-life case studies of organizations successfully deploying new technologies will be used to illustrate solutions that work.
