Advanced Email Security for Supply Chain Professionals
Electronic communication is at the heart of every organization, but one wrong message may ruin your corporate brand, compromise intellectual property or put you in non-compliance with laws and industry regulations. Purchasing data, contracts, organizational plans and intellectual property are just examples of data that are at risk of breach when being sent electronically.
Ensuring the proper safeguards are in place is critical to an organization's overall success. Those that are negligent with intellectual property, customer data or sensitive information surrender the upper hand to competitors as they risk losing customer confidence, as well as the IP that makes them competitive in the marketplace. In fact, the Federal Bureau of Investigation estimates that corporations lose $100 billion each year due to "industrial espionage." In response, more and more organizations realize the need to automatically secure and encrypt sensitive email communication that exits their infrastructure boundary rather than rely solely on employee policies to effectively secure sensitive information.
Does your messaging solution protect your sensitive information? "Is Your Supply Chain Secure? Email Encryption for Intercompany Collaboration" will explore:
- Internal and external supply chain factors that drive the need for secure collaboration and communication
- Deploying email encryption within your partner eco-system
- Key technology considerations for securing your supply chain
A key component of a strong, layered security, email encryption is one of the most effective methods to help protect against a breach. Entrust has developed a simple-to-deploy, end-user friendly gateway email encryption appliance that makes protecting email communication very easy.
