Carrie-Anne Mercer, Solutions Marketing Manager, Entrust Inc.

With more than 7 years of hi-tech marketing and solution management experience, Carrie-Anne brings a wealth of knowledge in Security and Network Management to the Entrust Solutions Marketing team. Carrie-Anne manages the market opportunity and communication strategies for a variety of Entrust Security Solutions including Secure WLAN, VPN and Desktop Solutions. Prior to her work at Entrust, Ms.Mercer focused on identifying technology requirements facing Enterprise, Government and Service Providers and providing them with effective solutions. She has held a variety of leadership roles in both product marketing and marketing communications.

Dan Hokanson, Product Marketing Manager, Datakey Inc.

Dan has a diverse background in the Smart Card industry. His first exposure to Smart Cards was in 1994 while working on a GSM SIM technology team for DataCard, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN. Since then, he has worked for both Gemplus and UbiQ, Inc. gaining a broad range of experience- first as a software developer and architect, then continuing his career as a project manager on several US Government, American Express, and Visa Smart Card deployments. Dan has worked with a broad range of financial, loyalty, identification, and security applications based on a Smart Card. Dan has earned degrees in both Computer Science and Engineering, which have allowed him to excel in software development for the Smart Card industry. He has written applications for many O/S platforms, languages, and methodologies.
