Nancy Cox, Analyst, Ferris Research Nancy has been professionally involved with messaging and collaboration technologies since 1997. She has authored/edited seven books and two dozen articles on messaging topics. Prior to Ferris Research she managed Information Systems for Walt Disney World, was a Sr. Technology Editor for Network Computing Magazine, and was a Systems Architect at Lockheed Martin.

Paul Pilotte, Senior Product Manager, Vericept
Paul Pilotte brings over 16 years of experience in product management and engineering of enterprise class hardware and software products and solutions. Currently, he serves as Senior Product Manager at Vericept Corporation and is focused on developing a comprehensive product roadmap and designing solutions that fit the needs of current and emerging markets. Prior to Vericept, Pilotte was on the product management team at Millenial Net and worked to develop the marketing strategy, product requirements and go-to-market plans. Pilotte holds a US patent for a "Method of Testing Control Matrices." He received a BS and an MS in Electrical Engineering from MIT and is working on his MBA at Babson College.

Steve Duncan, Senior Product Manager, Entrust
Steve has over 20 years experience in technology marketing and sales. Most recently Steve is responsible for driving the Information Protection security solutions portfolio at Entrust. He and his team are focused on creating a well integrated portfolio of solutions designed to protect customer's intellectual property and sensitive information. Prior to joining Entrust Steve was VP of Marketing at AssetMetrix, a leader in software asset management solutions. He was also Head of Marketing at Mitel Corporation where he spearheaded Mitel's launch of Voice over IP (VOIP) applications. He has also worked at Digital Equipment Ltd. Steve holds an undergraduate degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.
